The first thing we should know before buying a printer is what we need and what volume we have to cover for each one of the needs. Here we will put some examples that can serve us as a reference point:  

1. If we have the need to print in color or BN, scan or even photocopy, but the volume of everything is small, (less than 500 impressions / month) the best solution will be a multifunction Ink computer.
2. If we have the need to print in color and BN, scan or even photocopy, but the volume of prints in black is large (more than 1,500 impressions / month) and the rest is small (less than 500 shares / month), The best solution will be a multifunction Ink and a laser printer. (The combination of two machines is sometimes the best solution).
3. If we have the need to print color and BN, scan or even photocopy, and the volume of everything is medium or high and proportioned (more than 1,000 impressions / month), the best solution will be a Laser multifunction.

Within each one of the needs then we will find plenty of alternatives for volumes, speeds, costs ... and specific needs such as wi-fi, network ...
