We have a maximum time of 5 hours on working days to answer and give a solution to all our customers issues.
DETAILS
Our customers only have to pay for any problems originated by a misuse of the printers or any software issues that haven't been caused by our machines.
Our prices are checked and can be raised every year according to the anual CPI.
The amount of printouts is checked every 6 months to make sure we are applying the correct rate to our customers.
We require a deposit of 100€ that is refunded to the customer when the contract is finished or cancelled and the printer and its consumables have been returned.
An amount of monthly printouts is agreed at the start of the contract and it is charged through bank receipt every 30 days.
